A Bit About Me
I started my career 10 years ago as a graphic designer, and within four years, I transitioned into web design. I spent five years as a web and digital content designer for a global recruiting company, managing web content for corporate and intranet sites, coding emails, updating subpages, and creating visual content for both.

Realizing the need to enhance my technical skills, I joined a web design program where I learned HTML/CSS, jQuery, and web development. This training allowed me to hand-code my first website from scratch, significantly improving my ability to customize web content.

For the past six years, I’ve focused on UX design, creating end-to-end solutions for various businesses. My UX expertise ranges from being the sole designer at a small healthcare startup to working as part of a design team in a large enterprise. As a versatile designer, I’m excited to utilize my skills in UX, prototyping, and research to create impactful digital solutions.

Product Designer, Prende Health
As a freelance Product Designer, I worked in transforming digital experiences across healthcare and wellbeing industries, specifically online therapy chatbot. I worked on an online therapy platform with an AI chatbot, focusing on creating user-friendly prototypes that improved accessibility and therapeutic support. I conducted research to understand user needs in mental healthcare and used the insights to integrate AI technology effectively.
Prende Is a web application that allowed physicians and their patients with the technology to manage chronic and recurrent reproductive disease. At Prende Health, I designed a personalized onboarding experience that reduced customer drop-off and improved engagement and satisfaction. I created privacy-first design patterns with transparent user flows to build trust. I conducted user research to understand the needs of patients with chronic health conditions and used the findings to design user-centered solutions.

LDP is a national dental benefits administrator and dental insurance provider. At LDP, I designed a data-driven "Find a Dentist" feature that increased user engagement, and reduced search times, and improved satisfaction. I improved a high-traffic search page, doubling task completion rates and reducing support inquiries. I worked with cross-functional teams to conduct design reviews, and prioritize user-focused solutions that supported business goals.
